Students throughout Copthill took part in a week-long Beat the Teacher Challenge, battling teachers in an array of sports while raising £270 for Sport Relief.
Children from Reception to Year 6 took on members of staff in activities ranging from hockey, netball and football to cricket, table tennis and even sit-ups! It was a very exciting week of sport, and many students came away with the pride of actually beating the teachers!
A big thank you is due to Mrs G Alcoran for organising the event, as well as the staff (who put their famed sporting reputations on the line!) and the students who generously donated to such a worthy cause.
