The children have been very busy at Forest School this week creating some lovely Christmas decorations. The Nursery children have been using their fine motor skills to pick up small pom poms and decorate a pinecone to create a colourful Christmas tree. The Pre School children listened to a tool safety talk on how to use a bow saw before they carefully cut through a piece of wood to make a wooden biscuit. Next they selected a sparkly pom pom, two googly eyes and used a marker pen to draw on a mouth. Finally they glued antlers on the top and turned their wooden biscuit into a reindeer decoration.
