Early Years Grant
All children are eligible for Early Years Grant from the LEA in the three terms following their Third and their Fourth birthday. This amounts to £511.00 (Reviewed April) for a maximum of 5 sessions.

Discounts:
Following their 5th Birthday, a discount of 10% is offered for a third child, where all three children are simultaneously in full time education at Copthill.
Payment Methods
Fees are invoiced in advance for payment by cheque or direct to our bank account at the beginning of each term.
There is also a Monthly Direct Debit Scheme administered by Holmwoods Term time Credit Ltd.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION - £30.00 per child
FAMILY REGISTRATION - £50 (for 2 or more children registered at the same time)
A non-refundable registration fee is to be paid with the completion of the Registration form(s). Admission and entry will then be subject to the availability of a place. Upon registration the school will keep you informed of the availability of places and keep you updated with relevant news and information regarding Copthill.
DEPOSIT - £100.00 per child
Once a place in one of the full-time classes has been offered by the school, this place is secured on the completion of an Acceptance Form and receipt of a £100.00 refundable deposit.
Terms and Conditions for both Full Time and Nursery / Pre-School places are available on request.
All fees are reviewed yearly in August, taking effect from the following January. |
