The children had a wonderful time exploring the frost and ice in the quad this week. They were fascinated by the frost covered spiderwebs and little icicles hanging off the Christmas baubles! There was a thick layer of ice in the play boat which the children loved smashing as they experimented with different ways of breaking it. The children also discovered they could draw pictures in the frost…..until their fingers got a little too cold! As the cold weather continues please remember to provide hats, scarfs and gloves so we can continue to enjoy the outdoors.
