Another week has flown by and we are still enjoying some glorious sunshine – long may it continue! We are lucky enough to roam our school grounds and pick blackberries to make our own ink! The evacuee placards looked fabulous with the children’s names and addresses written out in blackberry ink.
Mrs Teesdale’s maths group have been sorting place value up to 1000 over the last week and questioning each other about number values. We have also created our own hands on number line and check each day to make sure the numbers are in the right place!
A busy week for us all coming up with manifestos being written for school council and Evacuee day on Wednesday! Mrs Donaldson and Mrs Teesdale cannot wait!
