The children have loved spotting all of the bird images around the classroom and in the play trays. Some children made nests, others created lovely observational paintings of birds whilst some enjoyed using the chunky tweezers to pretend to feed baby birds. Whilst outside the children have used binoculars to look for birds and we were delighted when Mr Campbell helped rescue a baby bird allowing us all to have a close look before it happily flew away.
