Twenty of our musicians went on an ‘American Adventure’ at Oakham School taking part in the Prep Schools’ Music Day under the direction of Peter Davies. It was a jam-packed day of rehearsing, meeting fellow musicians and enjoying learning together to prepare a performance for parents at the end of the day. From a beautiful arrangement of ‘Shenandoah’ to a lively ‘Liberty Bell’ march our singers and instrumentalists did us proud, giving their best focus and energy into the day. Well done to all of you. It has been my privilege to take you and see you all shine.
