Our topic this half term is ‘Fairies and Frogs’ – it is a thematic unit based around fairy tales, with a key focus on literacy and elements of drama. We start our journey with the Jolly Postman and his first stop at… ‘The Three Bears Cottage’.
In art we have been looking closely at the structure of leaves and making observational drawings.
In maths, we are consolidating our understanding of bonds to 10 in preparation for bonds to 20!
Swimming starts this Friday, the children are very excited. It would be helpful for the children to wear socks on Friday or have a pair of socks to change into after swimming. Girls hair should be plaited or tied up well for swim hats. Many thanks.
