There were some great maths games being enjoyed in Mrs Teesdale’s class this week – the old favourites supported the learning of the times tables and what great fun was had by all!
Continuing with our Healthy Eating topic this week we identified the varying food groups and shared our favourite meal. Each meal included not only something from each group but also the correct portion size. Many delicious meals were shared!
During our Outdoor Learning session this week, we have been looking at animal habitats and have been to see where the badger sets are residing after seeing video footage of their recent activity. It was so fabulous to imagine what their homes are like underground! We also found many other habitats within the school grounds and loved finding and looking at the patterns made with the air bubbles and leaves within sheets of ice!
