We love to Show and Tell in Year 1. It develops the children’s confidence to stand up and speak in front of an audience. This term our show and tell theme has been ‘In the garden…’. We have had wonderful talks about chickens, frogs and butterflies… The children have been very busy creating bug boxes, building ponds and painting on canvas!
We are looking forward to celebrating the Queen’s Jubilee this week and have made some wonderful crowns for the art walk. We hope you like the Year 1 ‘Make a wish’ collection!
Our plants have been growing well in the ‘potting shed’ and will be making their way home this week for planting out!
