The children were very excited when some snowflakes began to fall today. We quickly popped on our coats, hats and gloves and headed out to play. The children loved making footprints and playing with the light dusting of snow by making marks, piling it up and even throwing it into the air. We did, however, have to discourage the eating of the snow and instead decided to head back inside and warm up with a morning snack instead!
