This week in Year 1 the children have been enjoying lots of wonderful crafts. 1H made some fabulous ice cream pictures inspired by the work of Paul Klee. They had to think carefully about tinting and shading with paint. Outside in forest school, the children have been busy making rain makers using natural materials. Let’s hope that the rain showers pass and the sunshine returns for next week! We have been busy practising for our end of year celebration song and are nearly ready for filming! One more step along the world we go….! In maths next week we shall be focusing on time and encourage the children to come in wearing a watch if they have one.
