| REGISTRATION |
| There is a non-refundable registration fee of £100.00 per family that is payable on the completion of the Registration Form. Admission and entry will then be subject to the availability of a place. Upon registration, the school will keep you informed of the availability of places. |
| ACCEPTANCE OF A PLACE |
| Once an offer of a place has been made formally in the main school (Reception to Year 6), this is secured on completion of an Acceptance Form and receipt of a £500.00 refundable deposit. The deposit is per pupil and refundable when the child leaves the school. |
| FEE DISCOUNTS |
| Sibling Discount A discount of 5% is offered for a second child whilst two children are in Years 3 to 6. Additional discounts are available for the third child, where all three children are in full time education, the term following the youngest child’s 5th birthday. |
| Old Copthillian Discount We greatly value our links with past pupils and their families and wish to offer a small gesture of appreciation as they return to educate the next generation of Copthillians. We offer a 5% discount per child to eligible parents, where no other discount is being applied. This is available from the term following the child’s 5th birthday. |
| BURSARIES (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) |
| The School has a bursary scheme which is available to provide longer term financial support for parents. These awards are available to potential pupils who would benefit from and contribute to life at Copthill. All applications are means-tested and are dealt with professionally and in the strictest confidence. |

| Payment, using either one of these schemes is accepted as payment for all fees, up to the child’s 5th birthday.
