What a wonderful afternoon we all had celebrating the King’s Coronation in the wonderful school grounds with lots of parents and grandparents to join in with the fun. The sun shone as the children sang, danced and recited poetry. Year 3 did a tremendous rendition of ‘I just can’t wait to be King’ from the Lion King. We all had a picnic lunch of at tables beautifully decorated with items that were made by Year 3 with Mrs Bell and Mrs Muxlow in our Forest School sessions this week.

Further things to look forward to in Year 3 – the excitement is mounting for the Year 3 sleepover next Friday and a trip to Stamford and Burghley House is booked later this month. Happy days! Have a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend and enjoy the Coronation.
