We had a magical World Book Day on Thursday. The book we were reading was “Winnie the Witch and her unusual pet.” We started off with a witch and wizard academy. We learnt how to ride a broomstick safely and then went off into the forest for some magical spells.
We used sticks, glue and glitter to make our own magic wands and cast a few spells to magic up our own unusual pets. We made magic potions from environmental materials and wrote our spells in mud paint. We may have got very messy but we had so much fun!
