The Year 2 boomwhacker club have been having an absolute blast this half term, they have learned at least 5 songs – tetris, Skeleton dance, Ladybird, Ghostbusters and Popcorn and are beginning to get the hang of one called Rio. As well as gaining an udnerstanding for the notes, playing along with boomwhackers also teaches the children about rhythm, the duration of notes and tempo. Let the noise continue!!
