As part of their castles topic, Y6 have been learning about how castles evolved through time to improve protection and defence against developing attacking strategies. After their learning, they had to work in groups to design the most defensive castle they could. Each group pitched their castle idea to the class, explaining its protective features and then we voted for the best!
