The weather was just perfect for the matches, warm but intermittently overcast to give the girls a break from the sun. It was a wonderful showcase of how much the girls have improved over this Summer term and a delight for Mrs Hesford and I to umpire.
There was some wonderful bowling and batting across the games and the following photo shows the girls who were chosen for special recognition.
The games were fiercely competitive and very close. In the 3rd 4th play off we saw Lindsey beat Milton 204-154. In the Final we had 11 outs, from either wickets, catches or run outs. It was a thrilling game to umpire. On the final bowl we saw Casewick take the win 166-152.
