This week in forest school the children found and dug up dandelions to further explore the parts of a plant and their functions. The children then used their dandelion heads to create pieces of art. In Maths, the children have begun multiplication and have grown in confidence when counting in groups of 2s,5s and 10s. Our class ‘pet’ caterpillars are nearing the chrysalis stage and we can’t wait to see them emerge as beautiful butterflies!
