We have had another great week in Reception. Even though the weather has been variable we have made the most of our outdoor spaces!
We have had a great time learning about the different story versions of “Chicken Licken”. The most popular version seemed to be when all the animals escaped from the fox at the end! We have written stories, acted out a “Chicken Licken” play and learnt all about the life cycle of the chicken.
Forest School was a great adventure as we had a visit from the lambs! Mrs Genever-Jones brought a lamb from her farm. The children were able to hold the lamb and feed it too. They learnt all about how to look after lambs! What fun!
