Year 3 have been scriptwriters over the last two weeks. They have written dialogues for their characters to then make their own playscript for a known Fairy Tale. Our focus in art was then to create a puppet of each of the characters from Cinderella. I wonder whether you can tell who is who!
Out for some fresh air and a visit to the animals enroute to the WW1 trench. It was an opportunity to reflect upon those who fought in the war and remember what they sacrificed for us. This gave the children first hand experience of life in the trenches – Copthill style!
What a colourful day it has been today – all for the wonderful charity of Children in Need. We dressed in one colour. Can you tell which each child chose?
