In Read Write Inc the children have been learning the /o/ sound and to help them reinforce the sound they have been joining in with some fun octopus themed activities. One game saw the adults hiding numbered tentacles all around the room for the children to find, name and sequence on the matching coloured octopus. The children have also been keeping a close eye on the fish tank in the classroom…but they haven’t spotted an octopus in there yet!
