As part of the Independent Explorer Homework this half term, the children have been asked to create a poster or a PowerPoint presentation about their favourite famous person/group of people. It has been really fun learning about a variety of different people and the children have thoroughly enjoyed researching and presenting them to the class. If you are still working on them, don’t worry you still have some time and they can come in next week. We won’t be doing any after half term as our topic moves on to something different.
We have been working hard with times tables in maths and have created some fantastic Andy Warhol inspired portraits of Queen Elizabeth II ahead of our next topic. In forest school the children had a lot of fun making dog logs and taking them for walks!
