We were so lucky to have some firefighters pop by to show us their fire engine. They had a real emergency to go to as well while they were at Copthill. We saw the outside of the engine and were told all about the equipment that they use. We were allowed to hold the hoses and actually sit inside! One of the firefighters told us that they do really rescue cats from trees sometimes.
