We have been thinking today about The Queen and all the happy memories that we have of her. We have reflected upon all the things that she has done for us and looked at pictures of her as a baby to a grown up lady. We talked about all the different jobs that she has done whilst she was a princess and when she became queen. The children were fascinated with the coronation ceremony and thought that The Queen looked beautiful in her crown and gown. We have thought about the lovely Platinum Jubilee celebrations and our art event in the summer. We have also thought about her family and learnt who they all are. We have been thankful for all the things that The Queen has done to look after our nation and like Paddington bear, we all said “Thank you” together.
