Year 6 have been really lucky to have Annabel Murcott – 7th Degree Master & Multiple World Champion accompanied by husband Dale a 5th Degree Black Belt delivering some self defence lessons including some pad work. The children will have 3 sessions in total working on lots of different skills and ways to release holds and grabs.
The children have relished the opportunity and really got stuck in.
