Some children who achieved the Gold CCS award this year were rewarded with an afternoon out at Burghley Park on Monday 5th July.
The weather was on our side and the children took full advantage of this. They took their packed lunch and picnicked in the Burghley grounds. They then played some cricket, frisbee, football, rounders and climbed on the logs.
The afternoon was finished off with a well deserved ice-cream.
Congratulations to all the children who have participated in the CCS and achieved either bronze or silver but a massive WELL DONE to the Gold achievers!
