The boys in Year 5&6 finished off the hockey matches with the annual house matches.
The weather was very kind to us and it felt like Spring was now on it’s way.
The boys started the afternoon warming up in their houses and giving out the specific team tactics, that were led by the respective house captains.
Lindsey and Casewick, the stronger sides on paper, did not disappoint in their performances with both teams starting on the front foot. But with Casewick only drawing with Milton, meant that Casewick had to beat Lindsey in the final match of the afternoon to claim the shield. This did not happen and Lindsey came away with the spoils, winning 2-0.
Well done to all the boys for a great afternoon of hockey and to see all the matches being played in great spirit was fantastic to see.
