The children love it when we head to the hall or the creative suite to join in with a Cosmic Yoga session. The children have to listen to the story and join in with the moves by following the instructions. The children are encouraged to bend, stretch and balance in a variety of ways. This week we have been following some of our yoga sessions with some scarf and ribbon dancing, which all of the children have really enjoyed.
